- Led development and implementation of the business-wide Stakeholder Engagement Strategy across the Victorian Government and its partners.
- Oversaw delivery of government and ministerial initiatives, working with Policy and Governance teams to meet due diligence, deadlines and delivery outcomes.
- Directed digitisation projects across state agencies, giving strategic direction to product, engineering, onboarding and delivery teams, and guided and mentored team members.
- Secured ongoing funding agreements between government agencies and departments, contributed to procurement, and led requirements and scope definition workshops.
- Built the engagement model and CRM resource for Victorian local government, and presented strategy at local government events.
